Commercial Photography for an Ethical Garment Manufacturer
A long-term commercial photography project for Pactics, an ethical garment manufacturer in Cambodia. Across several shoots, Exposure Photography created a professional image library covering corporate portraits, factory photography, production processes, department imagery, staff collaboration, and workplace branding.
Pactics needed photography that could show more than a factory. The images had to communicate the company’s values, scale, professionalism, and people. The goal was to create visual content that could support their website, media features, brand communications, presentations, recruitment, and international marketing.
Showing the People Behind the Brand
A key part of the project was photographing the staff, managers, designers, technicians, and leadership team behind the business. These images help present Pactics as a company built around skilled people, teamwork, and responsible production, rather than just machinery and output.
Factory, Department, and Production Photography
The photography covered different areas of the business, including garment production, machine operation, design work, quality control, warehouse activity, team meetings, and department-specific imagery. This created a versatile set of commercial images that Pactics could use across multiple platforms and campaigns.
Corporate Portraits and Workplace Branding
Alongside documentary-style production images, the project included corporate portraits and team photography. These images give the brand a professional and approachable face, helping build trust with overseas clients, partners, investors, and potential employees.
